A home that settles
back into itself.
We work quietly and carefully. Each session is shaped around your space — the materials it's built from, the routines you keep, and what it needs to stay in good order.
Get in touch01
Cleaning shaped around the room, not the schedule.
Most cleaning services work to a fixed routine. We take a different view. Before anything else, we consider what the space is made of, how it's used, and what tends to accumulate in it. That shapes what products we bring, how long we stay, and what we pay attention to. The result is a home that feels looked after — not just wiped down.
02
What this looks like in practice
Surface-aware methods
We match the cleaning method to the material — not the other way around. Lacquer, tatami, glass, and stone each require a different approach.
Consistent attendance
For ongoing visits, the same team returns each time. They know your home and you know them. It removes the need to explain things twice.
Honest about what we find
If a seal needs replacing or ventilation habits are contributing to mould, we say so directly. That information is part of what you're paying for.
03
How a session comes together
You get in touch
Send us a message describing the space and what you're looking for. We'll respond with questions if needed and suggest the session that fits.
We agree on a time
Once the session type and timing are confirmed, we bring everything needed. There's nothing required from you beyond access to the space.
We leave a brief note
After each visit, we write a short record of what was done and flag anything worth your attention. You can refer to it or set it aside.

How much water each session typically uses
A question that comes up often, especially in metered buildings and older properties where water pressure varies. Here is a plain summary.
| Session | Approx. water use | Limiting measures |
|---|---|---|
| Bathroom & Washroom Care | 8–12 litres | Spray application, microfibre rinse cloths |
| Fortnightly Household Visit | 10–18 litres | Mop wrung to damp, targeted spraying only |
| Traditional Property Care | 3–6 litres | Predominantly dry methods throughout |
